Electronic ignition CDI for Yamaha DT50M 2m4, DT50 MX, DT50R until 96, RD50, TY50 und DT80MX.

The electronic ignition is optionally available with 12V and 80 watts or 6V and 50 watts.Please write me, if you want 6V or 12V in the comment field.
It is based on the Ducati ignition system from the Minarelli AM6 engine.
The ignition is very reliable and has proven itself on a 2800Km tour from Germany to Croatia with two alpine crossings under the highest stress, without any problems.
To this day, the ignition is built into my DT50 2M4 and has been running for over 15000Km maintenance-free and without problems.

Each ignition is carefully tested on an ignition test bench in all speed ranges between 500 and 13000 rpm before dispatch.Furthermore, all flywheels are finely balanced.The vehicle wiring harness must be adapted to the new ignition accordingly.Furthermore, the ignition coil holder must be adapted to the new CDI.A puller (M26x1.5mm) and a pole wheel holding tool are required for dismantling.These tools and many other parts, as well as custom-made products, can be purchased in my "MikePowerParts" shop.Experience has shown that you should use new spark plug caps and plugs.
